History: The child of a Carter, who enjoyed hunting, Norman was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Fletcher for the past few years.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and he is unsatisfied with his job
