History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Heward was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Heward alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Gunter was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Guard born in the past three hundred years. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Guard. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to share knowledge with the world
