History: The child of a Spy, who enjoyed hunting, Charles was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Painter for the past few years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
