History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town.
