History: Trym hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Through the years after Trym was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Trym's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Gilbert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire.
