History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. After coming to the age of reason, Norman took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 31. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.
