Gerald Rowley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A plain young-adult man, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length red hair. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Gerald took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up mace and armor he uses now. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Marshal they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Courier, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to work out more often
Ideals: Athletic, Fighting. Flaws: Antagonistic. Bonds: Nature, Family. Occupation: Courier
Voice: Spits and sputters

Personal [hide]
Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a blue shirt with thin white vertical stripes and red pants. His chestnut hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed blue hat.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He found a children's book about a Human Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: Many giants want him driven away; and to reunite with his old friends
Ideals: Optimist. Bonds: Military, Adventurer, Enemies. Occupation: Navigator
Voice: Hissing voice

Thomas Blankley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He prefers to wear flannel, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'11" when asserting himself. His hair is brown and very short. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Thomas is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
Ideals: Justice. Flaws: Racist, Insane. Bonds: Nature, Adventurer. Occupation: Gardener

Description: 5'6" and muscular, this southern man wears just a pastel suit. His tied-back hair is golden. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to prove his worth to the world
