Personality: He is happy with his job as a Carter. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Carter.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is wracked by social anxiety
