Gunter Appleton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he dresses well, wearing black shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His hair is long and white with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.
Personality: Gunter wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.
Ideals: Disciplined. Bonds: Attractive, Rich, Family, Slave. Occupation: Carpenter
Voice: Posh accent

Justin Kendal, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a tattered pair of loose green pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His auburn hair is braided into rings. His skin is flawless and his gray eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Justin was born with his mother's beautiful face. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and wants to raise his children well
Ideals: Opinionated. Flaws: Impulsive. Bonds: Poor, Attractive, Family. Occupation: Carter

Theobald Upton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his spear with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He carries with him a set of spears on his belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. With a patchy black beard and wild black hair. His ears are large.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
