Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born in the west. Hugh was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Miner. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
