His golden hair is smooth and relatively long. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is a Fletcher first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Roland is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has worked as a Fletcher like his father before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 50. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Richard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Richard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Richard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Butcher business.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He found a children's book about a Human Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He got into the Brewer business at a young age. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a longbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and expand his business
