History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears long strands of amber and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: A 5'2" eastern man, he wears just a tan suit. His blonde hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Nicholas was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Nicholas's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is white and very short. He has amber eyes and a grey hat with a tan feather.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Gilbert lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and regain custody of his daughter
