Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Fisher arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
