History: Gifted from a young age, Kyle studied abroad. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
