History: Theobald was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His first spouse was a Crown-heir, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Thomas lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: He was born in the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Manfred's homeland. Manfred decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
