Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Gerard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Gerard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is greedy

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dean grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Marshal born in the past three hundred years. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Reynard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Reynard was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Marshal. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult
