Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a green costume with the symbols of his god on his torso. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Kyle is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Kyle was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has worked as a Marshal like his mother before him.
