Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Adelard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Adelard has worked very hard to control his curse. During his travels, Adelard and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic.
