History: Conrad hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He now spends his time doing works of charity.

His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Godfrey was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
