History: William was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving William alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bather work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bather work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bather for the past few years.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and sabotage a competitor

His auburn hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are blue.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull white iron scale mail. His black hair is heavily combed to the left. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: Miles is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Miles lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scimitar.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: This late middle aged man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down and is in decent physical shape. His golden hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Gunter was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
