Peter Allerton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is wearing a long, yellow, dusty cloak, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'4" when asserting himself. His brown hair is greasy and uncared for. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Peter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Cartwright for the past few years.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and wants a kiss
Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Has a crush, Adventurer, Mentor, Job, Enemies. Occupation: Cartwright
Voice: Adds syll-ab-les for em-pha-sis

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Personal [hide]
Description: This man is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He has styled his silver hair well, parting it to the left. His violet eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He found a children's book about a Human Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Barrister and occasionally as a mercenary.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
Ideals: Entrepeneur. Flaws: Shy. Bonds: Adventurer, Slave, Job. Occupation: Barrister

Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed whip, just in case. He keeps his golden hair in a pixie cut. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Randal embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
