Roland York, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He prefers to wear flannel. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He has done his best to style his black hair to look like a famous performer. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has achieved small success as a Mason.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and his religion dominates his actions

Henry Yeardley, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing yellow cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze. His hair is short and blonde. He has amber eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Henry embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Henry was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When Henry reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personal [hide]

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a white coat over a brown low-cut shirt, and a small hat upon his head. He has moderate length white hair. His ears are large.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Manfred Watson, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a worn and beaten armor. His golden hair is thinning but still full. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Manfred is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Voice: Dark and ominous

Personal [hide]

Description: He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He wears his golden hair up. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. The war was a terrible time for him, and Frederick does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Frederick was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.
