Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His white hair is smooth and relatively long. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Roland embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Roland hails from a village terrorized by goblins. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he prefers to wear flannel. He has a long golden beard with little hanging trinkets. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Bernard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he feels threatened by others

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears baggy blue pantaloons and a white scarf. His golden hair is heavily combed to the left. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Alex fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This younger middle-aged man prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Gifted from a young age, Chad studied abroad. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He carries with him a set of whips on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. His hair is cut close to his head. He has a dull look in his green eyes.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Shane lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
