Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His first spouse was a Seamstress, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Seamstress they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Miner, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Born to a Layabout, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.
