Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His brown hair is thinning but still full. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Bard school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Lance was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.
Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

History: Gerald lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He sports yellow clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His red hair is heavily combed to the right. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Dustin was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature kukri.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Reynard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Reynard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
