His parents enrolled him in a Warrior school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and doesn't want to be a mayor and was forced into it by his family

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sword.

Motivation: He is greedy; and balancing his hectic life and new servant responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Banker who has hired him part-time. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Barkeep. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Chad grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Chad alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
