His mother taught him the rudiments of the Cartwright arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Frederick and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

History: Born to a Animal Trainer, his father struggled to pay the bills. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
