Gilbert Abram, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep green leather and dull tan iron scale mail. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He has a very tight haircut. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gilbert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Healer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. During his travels, Charles and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Personal [hide]
Description: This slender man stands about 5'11". He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He keeps his golden hair in a pixie cut. This blue eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 75. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there.
