History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Gerald took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. He now mingles about in high society.

He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He takes great joy in being the best Mayor in town.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student he started as a Sculptor, but he got bored and became a Mayor. He became a Mayor soon after.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to be a sculptor again

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and retire the richest man in the south
