His father taught him the rudiments of the Slave Trader arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
