Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are green and catlike.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Baker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and retire the richest man in the east

Description: He is a husky man, who wears tattered old clothes. He has styled his chestnut hair well, parting it to the left. He has gray eyes and a grey hat with a blue feather.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Alexandre grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and many orcs want him driven away

Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He carries with him a set of glaives, each one with a amber on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Bookbinder. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His ears are large.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a yellow tunic with white highlights, and long pastel pants that bunch up around his shoes. His brown hair is cut short. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Balimaar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Layabout soon after.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to end his boredom
