Description: He has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his green robe. He is portly but not overly obese. He has a very tight haircut. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Born in the north to a Merchant, Charles learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Charles alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has worked as a Merchant like his father before him.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and regain custody of his son

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He wears a tattered pair of loose grey pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs, marred by chocolates. With a patchy blonde beard and wild blonde hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady green eyes.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sculptor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright yellow and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his dagger, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. He is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around his ears. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: He was born into a rich family. Reynard liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it, and carries hammers. He has brown hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Thomas's homeland. Thomas decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
