Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.
History: He was raised in a desert tribe. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He tends to wear a yellow poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.
Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He tends to his Actor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and further expansion of business

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His gray eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Alex was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Marshal work with an outfit from a few towns over. Marshal work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Marshal job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and doesn't want to be a marshal and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He is content; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
