Description: A middle-aged man, he wears dull green sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed mace, just in case, and is pretty ugly. His long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Priest arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At some point he was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are likewise green.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Mayor business.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This man stands a little under 6'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears violet leather gloves, a violet jacket, and tight pants. He wears his chestnut hair up in a very large beehive style do. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. With bright auburn hair and a scraggly beard. His ears are large.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Balimaar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Balimaar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to get a good night's sleep
