History: He comes from a rich western family. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Tanner but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Conrad hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Gilbert hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gilbert was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
