History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

History: Theobald hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
