Jocelyn Oakley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: 6'1" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He tends to wear a brown poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His silver hair is cut short. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Layabout. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Jocelyn is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Jocelyn hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
Ideals: Justice. Bonds: Attractive, Job, Enemies, Nature. Occupation: Layabout

Gomory Stanford, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of strength around his neck, and a axe on his belt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'3" when asserting himself. His golden hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gomory fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and an old rival family wants him found
Ideals: Fighting, Opinionated, Extrovert. Bonds: Slave, Family. Occupation: Bowyer
Voice: German accent
