His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Lance is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Lance hails from a village terrorized by drow. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He now owns his own business.

His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
