History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Charles was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Charles's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born in the north to a Engraver, Alex learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Engraver for hire.
