History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Diggory was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
