History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Lance is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born in the south. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter.
