When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Armorer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He's also a talented Jeweler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Shane was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills.
