History: Charles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gifted student he started as a Gardener, but he got bored and became a Fortune-teller. He tends to his Fortune-teller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
