History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He now mingles about in high society.

Hubert was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Tanner. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
