History: Bertram was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has never given up on his writing dream.

History: Born in the west to a Map Maker, Lewis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Map Maker and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Bather, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
