History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. After coming to the age of reason, Chad took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
