Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a white tunic with pastel highlights, and long black pants that bunch up around his shoes. His silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Miles is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he prefers to wear flannel. His chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Bernard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and wants to work out more often

Description: A moderately attractive man, he typically wears brown cloth garments or leather armor. His red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Gardener. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
