Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. After a long history of fighting, Bernard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Spice Merchant responsibilities is difficult; and expand his business

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Charles has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
