Description: This man wears dull black sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed shield, just in case. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His blonde hair is greasy and uncared for. He has amber eyes.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
