History: Randal was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was taken from his home at a very young age. During his travels, Dean and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Dean discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves.
